The National Monuments Service's description
In pasture, on a S-facing slope. This rath, the most easterly of two conjoined raths (see KE038-033002-), is not visible at ground level. It is indicated on the 1892 OS 6-inch map as a circular enclosure (diam. c. 35m) with field boundaries radiating from it at N, ESE and SSW and with the second rath adjoining it along its NW arc. The opening to a souterrain (KE038-033001-) is visible in the interior of this levelled rath.
