Lisnaheirka/Lios na hAdhairce: Univallate rath KE037-033---- is situated on the upper edge of a steep scarp above the Finglas river which lies c. 15m to W.
The Co. Kerry Field Club (1939, 17) recorded an 'interesting souterrain' here.
The above description is derived from J. Cuppage, ‘Corca Dhuibhne. Dingle Peninsula archaeological survey. Ballyferriter. Oidhreacht Chorca Dhuibhne’ (1986), no. 377. In certain instances the entries have been revised and updated in the light of recent research.
