The National Monuments Service's description
A standing stone situated on generally level pastureland c. 250m S of Tralee Bay. It is roughly rectangular in plan at base, the sides measuring 1.13m, 1.37m, 1.18m and .88m in width, tapering towards the top. It stands 2.6m high and is orientated roughly N-S.
The above description is derived from J. Cuppage, ‘Corca Dhuibhne. Dingle Peninsula archaeological survey. Ballyferriter. Oidhreacht Chorca Dhuibhne’ (1986), no. 127. In certain instances the entries have been revised and updated in the light of recent research.
