Possible rath KE036-062---- is situated within a small wood on a steep NE facing slope overlooking Gleann na nGealt.
Some stones set on edge in the interior are not now visible but may have formed part of a souterrain (local information).
The above description is derived from J. Cuppage, ‘Corca Dhuibhne. Dingle Peninsula archaeological survey. Ballyferriter. Oidhreacht Chorca Dhuibhne’ (1986), no. 439. In certain instances the entries have been revised and updated in the light of recent research.
