In rough pasture (84m OD), on a NW-facing slope, c. 55m to S of a regional road (R560). Excellent views NW-> N->NE of Brandon Mountain range, Brandon Bay and Maharee Islands; overlooked by higher ground of Slievanea mountain to SW. A smooth and unfractured, oblong sandstone (dims. 2.3m ENE-WSW; 0.85m NNW-SSE) which is flush with ground level along S side and protrudes (H 0.55m) above ground level along N-side. It has a distinct cupmark (diam. 9cm; D 11mm) upon highest part of stone surface which is generally level. Rock art (KE035-155----) is c. 20m to S.
