The National Monuments Service's description

Cloghaunnageragh/Clochán na gCaorach: On open mountain terrain on W side of Brandon mountain, a little below and to N of Loughs Eightragh and Oughteragh. A roughly oval corbelled drystone clochaun (KE034-028----) with blocked-up lintelled entrance .9m high and .45 to .75m wide. Two wall niches. D: 2.8 x 2.5m. H: 1.5m. A rectangular enclosure, 5.5 x 4m, abuts hut at E, and a small rectangular chamber, 1.5m square, is built against NE corner of this. A 2nd enclosure, 3.5m square, abuts NW side of hut and a D-shaped chamber, 2 x 1.3m, is built against its NW wall.
