In open mountain terrain on W side of Brandon mountain, within a disused field system. A short distance to NE of KE034-027---- is a 2nd possible hut foundation KE034-027001-. D: 2.35 x 2m. H: .8m. Directly NW of 1st hut is an irregularly-shaped enclosure, probably a sheep-fold.
The above description is derived from J. Cuppage, ‘Corca Dhuibhne. Dingle Peninsula archaeological survey. Ballyferriter. Oidhreacht Chorca Dhuibhne’ (1986), no. 1027. In certain instances the entries have been revised and updated in the light of recent research.
