The National Monuments Service's description

Internal diameter 16.6m N-S, 14m E-W
This platform rath consists of a raised circular area enclosed by a wide, steep fosse. Immediately N of this site a fieldbank runs in an E-W direction and another fieldbank running N-S cuts through the fosse in the E sector. The raised area rises to a maximum of 2.3m above the enclosing fosse. The well-defined, wide, steep, U-shaped enclosing fosse is 2.2m-6m in width and on average 1.8m below the height of the surrounding land.
