The National Monuments Service's description
Situated NE of KE015-117---- & KE015-076----, this circular enclosure appears on the 1841-42 OS map with a bohareen running along the W side. On the 1916 map this bohareen has been replaced by one running along the E side in a N-S direction. This circular enclosure can also be seen on the Geological Survey of Ireland's aerial photographs (1974), but has since been levelled.
The above description is derived from C. Toal, ‘North Kerry Archaeological Survey’. Dingle. Brandon in association with FAS Training and Employment Authority (1995), no. 517. In certain instances the entries have been revised and updated in the light of recent research.
