The National Monuments Service's description
Situated in the fieldbank immediately WSW of Toberlacken holy well (908), this stone is c .41m in diameter and the hollowed out bowl is .17m in diameter by .15m deep. The hollowed end is facing out (Kerry Field Notes, 1939, 25-33).
The above description is derived from C. Toal, ‘North Kerry Archaeological Survey’. Dingle. Brandon in association with FAS Training and Employment Authority (1995), no. 1104. In certain instances the entries have been revised and updated in the light of recent research.
