Situated immediately S of KE005-036----, univallate rath KE005-037---- consists of a sub-circular area enclosed by an earthen bank c4m in width at the base.
There is a local tradition that the souterrain (KE005-037001-) in KE005-036---- connects with a souterrain in this ringfort, but no surface trace can be seen.
The above description is derived from C. Toal, ‘North Kerry Archaeological Survey’. Dingle. Brandon in association with FAS Training and Employment Authority (1995), no. 299. In certain instances the entries have been revised and updated in the light of recent research.
