Situated immediately S of Lynch's house on pastureland, univallate rath KE005-028---- is enclosed by a bank of earth and stone morphology.
On the interior side of the N sector is a small mound (KE005-028002-), 1.8m x 2.4m externally.
The above description is derived from C. Toal, ‘North Kerry Archaeological Survey’. Dingle. Brandon in association with FAS Training and Employment Authority (1995), no. 286. In certain instances the entries have been revised and updated in the light of recent research.
