The National Monuments Service's description
To NE of centre in ‘Killeen Cormac’ burial ground (KD032-044----). First recorded by Fitzgerald (1899-1902(f), 161 (F)) and described as, ‘A greenflag Pillar stone impressed with a Hound’s Paw.’ A heavily lichen-covered, tapering stone (H 0.82m; base L 0.47m N-S; Wth 0.37m; top L 0.35m; Wth 0.20m), the top of which inclines downwards E to W and bears a shallow waisted-oval depression (9cm N-S; 5cm E-W; D 4cm) – the Hound’s Paw.
