The National Monuments Service's description

In the SW sector of a possible Early Ecclesiastical Enclosure (KD029-005002-). A holy well (KD029-005003-) lies just outside to the W. A roughly D-shaped area (diam. c. 46m N-S) with a straight N side (L c. 47m E-W) is enclosed by a well-built mortared stone wall. A church (KD029-005002-) stands to N of centre and contains a font (KD029-005007-) and a memorial cross (KD029-005006-), and the graveyard also contains a cross base (KD029-005005-). Burials are concentrated to the S of the church and the legible burial markers date from the 18th-20th-century. (Fitzgerald 1912-14, 301)
