The National Monuments Service's description
A slightly domed, circular area (diam. 17m) is enclosed by a fosse with an external earthen bank (overall diam. 29m). A townland boundary bank overlies the E-limits. (O'Riordáin 1950, 274: Site D; scaled section N-S Plate XXVII)
