The National Monuments Service's description
A raised, circular, central area (diam. 19m) is enclosed by a fosse and an outer bank (overall diam. c. 29m). The E limits are partially overlain by a modern trackway. (O'Riordáin 1950, 274: Site B; scaled section N-S Plate XXVII)
