The National Monuments Service's description
At the highest point in a graveyard (KD024-013001-). According to Fitzgerald (1907, 295), 'In the will of Roland Eustace, of Blackhall, … dated 27th January, 1640, he expresses the wish “to be buryed in the chappell of Kylsenlocan''’. The remains consist of the grass-covered foundations of what appear to be a rectangular nave and chancel structure (nave dims. 10m E-W; 5.3m N-S ; chancel dims. 3.1m E-W; 2.2m N-S). The nave appears to have been dug out (D. 1.4m), and a gap (Wth 1.2m) towards the W end of the N wall may indicate the location of the original entrance.
