The National Monuments Service's description

In 1955 while sand was being extracted, three burials were found some 7m apart on the summit of a ridge. They comprised a crouched inhumation accompanied by a bowl food vessel; a crouched inhumation accompanied by a bowl food vessel with some cremated bones; and an inhumation accompanied by a vase food vessel and vase urn (NMI 1955 (82)). In 1982, the area was found to have been completely quarried away (SMR file).
