The National Monuments Service's description

A small, single-arched, masonry bridge with low, walled parapets (total Wth 7.8m ENE-WSW) crosses a now dry stream bed only 3.5m ENE of a gatehouse associated with a preceptory of Knights Hospitallers (KD020-007003-), and carries a minor road running NNW-SSE. The bridge's well-finished arch (Wth 2.4m; H 1.8m) is faced with undressed voussoirs, with a fine granite keystone on the WSW face. A now illegible plaque was read by Fitzgerald (1916 ) as dating its construction to 1830.
Although only a few metres to the ENE of the ruined gatehouse (which presumably controlled a crossing point on the stream) the crossing point appears to have been moved, probably to create a wider carriageway, and the bridge may well incorporate stone from the earlier gatehouse?
