The National Monuments Service's description
According to Bradley et al. (1986 vol. 4, 366), a square limestone slab (dims. L 0.61m; Wth 0.61m; T 0.09m) set against the S wall of St. David's Church (KD019-030020-) bears an inscription in false relief Roman lettering commemorating Thomas Moore, 1699.
