The National Monuments Service's description
'Bones' were discovered in 1957 during a land reclamation project involving the removal of stones from a small cairn (KD017-018005-). The bones were reburied but a subsequent archaeological inspection recorded animal bones and 'possibly one or two human teeth' together with 17th century glazed earthenware pottery shards and a glass bottle (SMR file).
