The National Monuments Service's description
Set into the floor of the chancel of St Mary's Church (KD011-004003-). According to Bradley et al. (1986 vol. 3, 317-18), a large rectangular limestone slab (dims. L 2.2m; Wth 1.12m) bears a Latin inscription incised in Roman capitals commemorating the death of Deborah Williams in 1697.
