The National Monuments Service's description

According to O'Leary (1903-05, 172-75) large quantities of human bones were uncovered here in the mid-19 c. He identifies this site and a cross base and shaft (KD003-016001-) as being connected with the reburial of interments from Clonagh church and graveyard (KD003-020001-).
