The National Monuments Service's description

Situated on a low circular, grass-covered mound (diam. 3.5m; H 0.3m) in gently undulating pastureland. A roughly dressed, almost square limestone block with chamfered edges (dims. L 0.63m; Wth 0.60m; H 0.37m) supports a hexagonal shaft-fragment (H 0.5m), and is said to mark the site of a former burial ground (KD003-016002-).
