The National Monuments Service's description
In an area of rough grazing and rock outcrop; the area immediately around the monument is overgrown with briars and hawthorns. Very poorly preserved oval cashel (37.7m N-S; 32m E-W) defined by a grassed-over collapsed spread of stone (Wth 3.5m; int. H 0.3m; ext. H 0.45m). Internal wall-facing is visible only at N. Narrow gaps at E and SW are modern. A house site (GA128-086----) lies c. 75m to S.
