The National Monuments Service's description

Within the NW quadrant of a rath (GA128-005----). This souterrain is indicated by a shallow rectangular depression (L 1.7m; Wth 1.3m) running NW-SE. Some stone and a possible entrance point are evident at its NW end. Beyond this a slight rise in the ground level may indicate the line of a passage extending further to the NW.
