The National Monuments Service's description
In pastureland. This very well-defined circular ring-barrow (overall diam. 36.2m) is defined by a central flat-topped area (diam. c. 7.5m; H 0.1m) that is level with the surrounding field or perhaps slightly lower that it. The fosse is wide and deep and the outer bank is also wide and flat and slopes to the external field level. A gap in the NW quadrant may be modern. A slight depression in the central area may indicate disturbance. A rath (GA114-131----) lies c. 25m to the SE.
