The National Monuments Service's description
On a gentle rise in farmland. Poorly preserved circular rath (diam. 32m) defined by a low collapsed bank (Wth 3m; H 0.5m). A field wall cuts across the monument from WSW to ESE and another wall extends off this towards it E end and runs NE cutting across the bank at NE. There is a souterrain (GA113-145001-) in the NW quadrant. (McCaffrey 1952, 275, no. 1; Korff and O’Connell 1985)
