The National Monuments Service's description

A series of houses and a possible enclosure were noted during aerial reconnaissance (GASAP Roll 243: 30). On inspection they proved to be well-preserved small rectangular houses (L 6.5m; Wth 4.5m) defined by double-faced walls with a rubble core (wall T 0.8m; H 1.5m). Associated haggard and animal pens were also associated. The possible enclosure proved to be a series of lengths of straight walls defining a gully or valley. The houses probably date to the 19th century.
