The National Monuments Service's description
On a prominent hillock in pastureland. When initially visited by the Survey in May 1983, this poorly preserved circular cashel (diam. 37.8m) was defined by a drystone wall which was overlain by a field wall at W. A possible souterrain (GA104-144001-) was noted in the NE quadrant of the interior. When revisited in 1992 most of the monument had been levelled, except the section beneath the field wall from SW to NW; elsewhere a slight scarp indicated the line of the wall. (McCaffrey 1952, 231, no. 120)
