The National Monuments Service's description

In low-lying reclaimed pastureland. Classified by McCaffrey (1952, 206, no. 117) as a circular
‘Stone fort’ (diam. c. 40m ext.) defined by a drystone wall (Wth 2.3m; int. H 0.9m; ext. H 1.2m) that was obscured by bushes. Due to what appeared to be field-clearance rubble and dense overgrowth it was not possible to see any trace of the monument on the day of inspection. A souterrain (GA103-188001-) is associated.
