The National Monuments Service's description
On a rise facing Loughnahulla Bay to the SW. Marked on 1838 edition of the OS 6-inch map as a circular enclosure (diam. c. 30m); partially levelled by the time of the 1922 edition. Classified by McCaffrey (1952, 174, no. 11) as a circular ‘Stone fort’, one half of which was destroyed. The surviving half was piled with field rubble. All that survives is a short arc of drystone wall at NW and at SE. Field walls cut across the monument from W to E and from W to SW. (Holt 1912, 231)
