The National Monuments Service's description

In N half of a ringfort (GA099-071----). What is visible is a T-shaped hollow (L 10.6m), the main part of which (L 5m, Wth 1.8m) runs E-W. Approximately halfway along it, a second hollow (L 5.6m, Wth 1.6m) opens off its N side and follows a N-S axis before terminating just inside the ringfort bank.

The above description is derived from the published 'Archaeological Inventory of County Galway Vol. II - North Galway'. Compiled by Olive Alcock, Kathy de hÓra and Paul Gosling (Dublin: Stationery Office, 1999).
