The National Monuments Service's description

Within the centre of the interior of a rath (GA097-007----) is a circular depression (diam. 3m) enclosed by a grassed-over stone wall; it is probably the remains of a hut site. Adjacent to this structure are two earthen banks (L 8m) running E-W; these are probably internal divisions.
