The National Monuments Service's description
Located on the leacht (GA076-020003-) c. 70m to the N of the church (GA076-020001-) on Cruach na Cara/St Macdara’s Island. This tall thin undecorated pillar stone (H 1m; Wth 0.3-0.4m; T 0.1m) is almost centrally placed on the leacht. Packing stones are evident around its base.
