The National Monuments Service's description

In undulating pastureland. This enclosure, correctly Lios na Bruic, is a very poorly preserved subcircular area (NW-SE 37.7m) defined by a bank of earth and stone at SSE and SSW, and by a low scarp from E to SSE. No visible surface trace survives elsewhere; it is enclosed by modern field walls from NW to SSE. A CBG (GA055-062001-) occupies the interior.

The above description is derived from the published 'Archaeological Inventory of County Galway Vol. I - West Galway'. Compiled by Paul Gosling (Dublin: Stationery Office, 1993).
