The National Monuments Service's description

In the S sector of the graveyard (GA035-048002-) associated with Kilflannann Church (GA035-048001-), close to the original entrance. This consists of a short stretch of drystone walling (L 2m; H 0.5m) with a wall niche (L 0.7m; D 0.3-0.4m) on the E face of its N end. A number of coins and prayer cards were visible in the niche, and some white quartz stones had been placed on top of the wall. On inspection the site was very overgrown but further traces of walling were visible extending eastwards off the N end (L 2m) and S end of the wall, suggesting that this could be the remains of a leacht that was rectangular in plan. (Killanin and Duignan 1967, 165)
