In flat marshy terrain near the base of hill. A stream encircles the monument from SW to NW. Well-preserved subcircular enclosure (E-W 35m, N-S 32m) defined by an earthen bank and external fosse, the SW section of which is water-filled. A gap (Wth 4.6m) at E could be original. Within SW section of the interior are two subrectangular raised areas: (a) to W (E-W 4m, 3.5m), and (b) to E (E-W 6m, N-S 5.6m).
