The National Monuments Service's description
Located in pastureland on the brow of a narrow valley overlooking a stream. The OS Letters describe a circular bank (int. diam.21m) and external fosse (Herity 2001, 48) enclosing a church (DU024-001001) and the children's burial ground (DU024-001002). This may be the remains of an early ecclesiastical enclosure (Healy 1975, 1-19; Ua Broin 1943, 87-88).
