The National Monuments Service's description
The graveyard which contains some yew trees is located on a natural rise on land which falls away to the E. This walled-in graveyard is very overgrown. It is sub-circular in plan suggesting the former existence of an early ecclesiastical enclosure (DU020-009004-). Inside the graveyard wall along the E/NE quadrant there are traces of a bivallate enclosure (dims. ext. fosse Wth 2.75m, D 1.15m; int. bank Wth 1.25m, H 0.8m; int. fosse Wth 4m, D 1.1m).
