The National Monuments Service's description
In July 1914, approximately 8-10 graves, orientated E-W were uncovered on the site of Marlborough House where the Meteorological Office stands. These were slab-lined graves of probable Early medieval date. A bone implement was found with the remains (Cahill, M. & Sikora, M. 2011, 453).
