The National Monuments Service's description
Identified during pre-development works for the M1 (Licence no. 02E050) this consisted of a pit (1m diam.) which contained charcoal-enriched soil, flint fragments and cremated bone fragments; possibly of Bronze Age date. (Lynch 2003, 3)
