The National Monuments Service's description
Investigations for the NE Gas Pipeline, Phase 2, in 1988 revealed a circular pit (diam. c. 0.32m, D 0.15m). It had a bowl-shaped profile. There were burnt one fragments in the fill (Gowen M, 1989b, 19).
