The National Monuments Service's description
One of two cremation pits excavated (Licence no. 03E0067) in advance of development. Irregular in plan the pit (0.32m diam.) contained thirty sherds of prehistoric pottery of middle or late Bronze Age date (Carroll et al. 2008, 38).
