The National Monuments Service's description

This flat cemetery was excavated (Licence no. 03E0067) in advance of development. It comprised twenty-three pits containing cremated bone and/or fragments of pottery vessels, eight substantially intact. All were coarse ware vessels of Late Bronze Age date (Carroll et al. 2008, 22).
