The National Monuments Service's description

In pasture, located on a gentle S-facing slope on the top of a ridge, in undulating, hilly limestone terrain. Circular area (19.5m N-S; 20m E-W) defined by a stone bank (Wth 2-2.5m; H 0.3m) which is evident as a low, sod- and moss-covered rise. On the N (upslope) half of the enclosure, the stone bank is almost flush with exterior ground level but has a broad internal slump, reflecting the natural slope. At SE-SW the stone bank is overlain by a field wall/property boundary. The interior has a gentle slope from N down to S. A low area or gap (Wth c. 3m) in the stone bank at SE may indicate the original entrance. Remnants of a field boundary, visible as a slight grass-covered rise (Wth c. 1-1.2m), extend to E-ENE from the E side of the enclosure.
