The National Monuments Service's description
On a leacht (DG089-018003-) the slab is described by Herity (1995, 98, No. 04) as ‘a small, roughly shaped slab, 66cm tall, 30cm in width and 4-5cm in thickness, with off-centre slightly gabled apex. There are crosses incised near the apex of the slab on both faces.
Face A: A crudely formed cross, 17cm tall and 21cm across the arms is cut on this face in very shallow lines. The cross is plain with just a slight suggestion of a rounded broadening of the upper and right-hand terminals.
Face B: On this face the surface of the slab has scaled away near the apex, destroying the upper part of the cross which now measures 20.2cm across the transom and has a lower limb 11.3cm long. Like that on Face A this appears to have been a simple, crudely cut cross; again there is the suggestion of a slight rounded expansion on the right-hand limb.’ (Walsh 1983,61 (C), Fig. 21, d)
