The National Monuments Service's description

Extensive remains of a large field system of unknown date. There are two field clearance cairns (DG015-031001/003-) associated with this field system and a stone enclosure (DG015-031) of possible prehistoric date. The field walls are well preserved in places and form large irregular shaped fields many of which can still be traced running across the W face of the hills to the E of the stone enclosure (DG015-031).
