Shown on 1839 'OS 6-inch' map as small rectangular enclosure defined by bank (max. dims. c. 30m NE-SW, 40m NW-SE). Marked 'Site of Fort' on 1874 OS 6" map. No visible surface trace although field boundary (earthen with drystone facing) may incorporate portion of N side of former monument.
