National Monument No. 350. The following description is derived from the published 'Archaeological Inventory of County Carlow' (Dublin: Stationery Office, 1993). In certain instances the entries have been revised and updated in the light of recent research.

Portion of narrow, granite shaft (H 0.55m; Wth 0.30m; T 0.15m) in flat, disc-shaped base standing on small cairn (diam. 2.1m; H 1.1m). Two panels faintly outlined by low mouldings on E face. See also church site and graveyard (CW019-011----) 250m to E.
